Improvements in technology continue to shape our expectations concerning the access of information.  In today’s world you can gain real-time access to everything from your credit card activity to the location of a package being shipped from an online retailer, to the number of seats available on a particular flight.

The expectations of property owners are changing too.  They want to see property & parcel listings, assessment data, and the status of all parcels currently in the various stages of the appeal process.
