June 30, 2011 – AppealTrack standard reporting capabilities have been extended again.  17 standard reports are now available that can be exported to Excel, .pdf, and other common formats.  These reports are beneficial for practitioners and practice managers alike to gain clarity on the status of their book of business, identify where each appeal is in the lifecycle, and provide valuable updates to clients.

Many tax appeal professionals are currently relying on disparate sources of data, even including paper files, to compile client status updates or a current snapshot of their entire book of business.  The consolidated analytic reports provided by AppealTrack provide an unprecedented ability to gain insight into your property tax practice.  Click on report names for a sample report:

  • Case Load Dashboard – provides the ability for you to see activity among your staff, providing the number of open appeals and total assessed value by staff member.
  • Appeal  Status Dashboard – provides a visual representation of all open appeals by type of appeal as well as status of appeal.
  • Top 10 Dashboard – provides a view of the top 10 counties (based on number of currently open appeals), as well as the top 10 clients (based on number of currently open appeals).

Mail merge capabilities have also been extended, providing the ability to create a mail merge list for a particular assessment year, including the ability to choose particular contact types at the client to be included or excluded.
